Terms Of Service
--I DO NOT deal with cryptocurrency, NFTs or blockchains of any kind.
--I DO NOT authorize my art to be in any AI art generator nor to be used in any AI training whatsoever.
--I DO NOT want to work with any AI-generated stuff.
--Payment is in USD. Transactions will be done via Wise or Paypal Invoices.
--I accept full upfront payments, or a 50/50 installment plan where 50% is paid upfront and the rest will be paid once the artwork is finished. For payment plans, I require they be fully paid off first before I can release the artwork!
--For any questions or concerns, please contact me via email or on any of my social media pages.
--Everything must be sent through a form of contact, such as email and social media (Instagram, Twitter).
--Please give specific and clear details. Include at least 2 clear references as well at the time of commissioning. Please DO NOT submit any AI-generated pictures.
--I have the right to decline commissions for various reasons.
--You may request a refund if I haven't started work on your commission yet or it's in the beginning/early sketch concept stages (0-25%). Afterwards, there will be a Kill Fee (30% of the commission price) if you decide to cancel the commission while it's a WIP and significant progress is made.
--I will cancel and implement the Kill Fee (30% of the commission price) on any WIP commission if it turns out any character(s) in question was AI-generated.
--There will be no refunds of any kind on finished artwork.
--I will send pictures of the artwork in progress periodically to discuss if it is to the client's specifications and if I should continue on further with the artwork. Any revisions needed can be discussed at the sketch stage for no extra charge. Once it is approved, further revisions will come at a fee depending on what kind of details need to be revised/added and the stage the artwork is currently at (unless it's an actual sketch commission). At 60% and up completion, revision requests will always have a fee of 50% of the commission price.
--I will try to complete the commissioned artwork within a month/4 weeks. If it takes me longer than a month to complete, I will contact you to discuss about it further.
--You may only use the commissioned artwork for personal use cases, unless we've discussed commercial use before starting. Otherwise, any form of commercial use (making money with it in any way) is prohibited. If you do want commercial use after I've already posted the art, please talk to me first!
--If you wish to repost the commissioned artwork, please ask me for permission first and give me full credit. DO NOT claim the art as yours.
--I have and maintain full ownership, rights and credit of all my artwork. This means I have the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal and commercial use cases, including but not limited to: portfolios, making merchandise such as prints and charms, speedpaints/time lapse videos and wallpapers.
